Call of Duty: Ghosts Officially On Duty Now
Today’s the big day for the official release of the much anticipated “Call of Duty: Ghosts” video game – already one billion dollars in 24 hours – from the Infinity Ward gamemakers who specialize in single player action which will supplement the well-layered multiplayer universe already in existence in the franchise. The newest version of the game boasts, as usual, cutting edge graphics and technology, probably the most impressive of which is the new canine character, Riley, which was created using motion-capture technology.
On top of all this is the fact that “Call of Duty: Ghosts” – is set to release on Microsoft’s Xbox One and Sony’s PlayStation 4 next-generation consoles – will be given dedicated servers for not only those two console systems but across all platforms. “Call of Duty: Ghosts” will be using a hybrid system of dedicated servers and listen servers to enhance online performance – no matter where you are in the game – and there will also be new tech in the matchmaking system that will place players in matches that have the best combined overall connectivity performance. “Call of Duty: Ghosts” will also preserve player-hosted matches.
“Call of Duty: Ghosts” is currently scheduled to launch for Sony PS4 in North America on November 15, 2013, for Xbox One on November 22, 2013 and for Sony PS4 in Europe on November 29, 2013.
