Here Are The Dates For The E3 Press Conferences
Sony Interactive Entertainment announced today exactly when their yearly E3 conference will commence. You’ll be able to watch their newest press briefing at 6 PM. PT, 9 PM ET on Monday, June 13. Will they reveal an awesome new trailer for a surprise unknown game? Will they also reveal something kooky and weird that we’ll barely see again until next year? Odds are good on both.
The Playstation 4 manufacturer is the last to reveal their E3 schedule. Microsoft announced their conference date last week: 9:30 AM PT, 12:30 PM ET on the same day. This will be followed by Ubisoft’s conference that afternoon at 1 PM PT, 4 PM ET. It’s going to be a packed day, and this isn’t counting Apple, who rascally scheduled their WWDC 2016 keynote for 10AM, overlapping Microsoft’s E3 presentation.
You’ll be able to watch these conferences live over the Internet, as always, but in the case of Microsoft, they’ve announced the XBox conference will also air live on the Spike network. We can’t confirm if Spike plans to show any of the others.
Other game makers have their own separate plans. Electronic Arts is skipping E3 in favor of their own event, EA Play. Their press conference will be part of the event and will be held one day earlier (June 12). As for Nintendo, uhh, let’s not bring that up, it’s depressing.
