Fear The Walking Dead Renewed For Third Season
If you’re wondering how Fear The Walking Dead fared ratings-wise last Sunday, this should answer that question. Not as good as its series premiere, but good enough to score the seventh-highest rated program on all of TV, and the second most popular show on cable, just behind The Walking Dead itself. The real people Fearing the Walking Dead are the channels that have to counterprogram against it.
In response to this news, AMC has awarded Fear The Walking Dead a third season. What they haven’t told us is how many episodes that season is going to have — 15, like the one currently airing? Maybe. If you missed the first episode, our recap will be up sometime this weekend, though it’s going to boil down to “Alicia talks into a radio.”
Also renewed is the version of Talking Dead that appears after FTWD, referred to officially as “Taking Dead: Fear.” Did you know that was the kind of thing that has to be renewed? We kinda figured it just happened.
