Animated on mine too. Lol Ok I am starting from the beginning and rereading what I read a couple years ago. And going from there.
I read The Outsider - I really enjoyed it. Some of his most recent work is a bit hit or miss for me, but that one I really liked. I also just finished the Broken Earth trilogy by N.K. Jemisin, two of which won Hugo awards. Difficult read at times, but really worth it in the end. Now reading Crazy Horse: The Strange Man of the Oglalas by Mari Sandoz, which I am really enjoying. Crazy Horse was a fascinating man.
seeing as i just turned 91 a few weeks ago i only read books the old fashion way. Hold them in my hands and turn the pages. They almost never run out of batteries and when no one is looking i can sniff the pages.
okay @Neuropyramidal I have downloaded Wool (and yes I know I cannot sniff these "pages") and am on chapter 3
My sister watches that show and I have yet to watch an episode. Is that show where teams travel around the world in a race still on TV? As you can tell I am not really a fan of reality shows. And before you go and think I am being snooty you should know that I am currently entrenched watching/binging Arrow and it is one of the CHEESIEST TV shows but I cannot help my fascination with it LMAO. Team Olicity all the way There is absolutely nothing high brow about that show!
Amazing Race, yes it is. I have seen several seasons, but don't watch it anymore. Big Brother on the other hand.....that's something I will never tire of. LOL It's like a giant cheesy chess game with humans as the pieces. I actually just started watching it 3 seasons ago. And I loved it so much I went back and binged the previous 16 seasons. LOLOLOL
If all 3 of you finish Wool before me, I'm really going to look bad! Tapes eyelids open and frantically reads.
4 of us on the Wool series now??? A menage a Quatro??? This old timer better break out the spinach and oysters, and dig his Viagra gummy worms out from under the tub.
