I wasn't bitching in 4A, I was quite happy with the ride and I'll be very open-minded for 5A. In 4B, the bitching was the only fun left!

And what better than a little bitching with good company? Speaking of which, how about that stupid Omega episode this Sunday??? Kidding, kidding, I know I'm alone on that one!! ;-)

Oh I agree. I very much enjoyed 4A. Then we all changed the channel and started watching a different show.

Still boggled that you didn't like Omega. LOL

You misunderstood, I think it's very very smart to open your flashlights and chat at night when you know you're surrounded by crazies, even smarter is that, when you suddenly realize you're being dumb and careless and that the situation is too dangerous, you just leave the deaf ones behind (to make sure they get caught and you can get home safe?).

Nah, you know, it was an amazing episode...

Aside for some small complaints most people enjoyed 4A. In comparison the second half was like an organ transplant rejection.

The show is on a very short leash for me this season but I'm going to at least watch the first few episodes and see what direction it's taking.

Most people enjoyed 4A because they thought it was building towards something bigger, the first half of the season felt like it was setting up some amazing things in the second half.

The first half wasn't nearly as terrible as the second half, but that's not saying much.

I thought Nick's death was done very well. It was sudden and shocking, the feel you had during the early years of the TWD series. I still don't understand how they could put together the first half, which was coherent and engaging, and then just completely unravel in 4B.

With the messy second half aside, I am legitimately flabbergasted at how the cinematography (or I guess the overall aesthetic) of FTWD is so much better than TWD.

I wish TWD had the same shots/designs.
