It's Halloween season. So, in honor of that, what's the scariest film you've ever seen? My vote goes to The Exorcist. I saw it for the first time when I was like 13 and I'm still scarred.

Jurassic Park. Because I was 6 and it was the first movie I ever saw in a theater.

I'd have the say The Grey with Liam Neeson. I don't scare easy but the movie scared me.

I can totally see how Jurassic Park would freak the f*ck out of 6 year old. I hope you're ok now though.

The scariest film I've ever seen, is the first 15 minutes of "An American Werewolf In London". My uncle took my brother and I to see it when I was 7 years old. I freaked out at the wolf attack at the start of the film, started crying and we had to leave.

To this day, I still haven't watched the movie...

It's good, it's one of the few movies that's actually scary, not like the slasher movies where they run upstairs and shit, it's scary man.

This is funny, my wife let my son watch Jurassic park when he was about 4 or so. I wasn't at home for the day and she decided it was alright for him. As it ended up she stayed up all night for few nights with him because of his nightmares.

The cool thing about it is, since then I've never really found any other movie scary. I had all my "scared-ness" scared out of me that night.

'An American Werewolf In London' is a favorite of mine. I'd say it's an absolute classic, and aside from 'The Howling' which is equally good, it's probably the best werewolf film ever made. The first 15 minutes were epic. David and Jack walking on the moors. The whole thing had a very ominous feel to it. One of my favorite scenes in the film is when David is laying there after being attacked by the werewolf and he looks over to see the beast, now in it's human form, laying there bleeding after being shot by the townspeople. The whole thing was just shot very well. Landis did an amazing job. You should definitely give the movie another go. It's got a lot of great humor in it as well.

I've been meaning to watch the whole film, now that I'm all grown up. In fact, I might just go buy it this weekend...

I would agree with The Descent..... you become over encompassed with claustrophobia throughout the entire film. It was hard to sit still because you constantly felt like you were there.

The Exorcist and Tremors. I seen Tremors when I was young and could not sleep for two weeks. I would lay in my bed paralyzed with fear. I was too scared to even touch the floor to go wake up my parents in fear that I would be ate alive. Even though I was on the second floor so it was feasibly impossible for them to get to me without knocking down the whole building. I thought they were watching, waiting, hoping for me to make a mistake and give them a chance to get me.

This whole thing made me "LOL". I'm with you on The Exorcist, too. That movie really messed me up the first time I saw it.

Yep. That's the scene that made me cry. We stayed until David gets a visit from from Jack in the hospital and that's when I lost my sh*t and we had to leave. Thanks for bringing back all those horrible memories Chris.

Now I'm definitely going to buy "An American Werewolf In London"...
