And when the stocks climb back up and people gain more than what they've lost, then what will your response be at that point? Because that is what will happen.

Will you apologize to Survivor for taking a lame cheap shot at him for no good reason? I doubt you will. You should, but you won't.

In this case the stocks fell SPECIFICALLY because of statements made by Trump and then actions that he followed up with. Not just because he was there, but because he made statements. That's why I attribute them to him. He stated ahead of time that he was going to impose new tariffs, and then did impose them, causing the markets to fall. If it was just the fact he happened to be president but didn't actually do anything to directly cause a stock to rise or fall, then I wouldn't attribute the rise or fall to him.

And when I have previously posted similar things, Survivor has always posted what I indicated he would post. Not a cheap shot if it happens. Just like it wouldn't be a cheap shot if Morgotha posted that I always disagree with her, even if I haven't posted anything specific about one of her posts. I would just accept that as fact. We very occasionally agree, but that doesn't happen often.

I am so disgusted that Congress had to cut a deal with Jr. to get him to show up at all. Their subpoenas are a joke, and it is their own fault.

His tax cuts that limit deductions is intended to lower property values in expensive states. Kind of convenient for a developer huh?

LOL! You do realize that even with the stock market being "down", it's only "down" in relation to the past couple of weeks, right? Since Trump has come in to office the market has been, and continues to be at, record highs. Here's a 5 year graph of the DJIA. Compare how the market was under your buddy Obama compared to now under your enemy Trump.

The market is much, much higher now than it's ever been in the history of the country. If that's what "down" means, then "down"is a good thing.

Jr. doesn't know anything. Trump doesn't trust him to run the business. Getting Ivanka to testify would be another matter.

I think that capping the amount you can write off your state returns is one of the best things Trump did.

The situation with Iran is officially escalating.

    "
The State Department has ordered all non-emergency personnel at the U.S. Embassy and consulate in Iraq to leave the country amid rising tensions between the U.S. and Iran, the agency said in a security alert on its website early Wednesday morning. The alert also said that normal visa services would be temporarily suspended.

Last week, U.S. officials said urgent "credible threats" from Iran against Americans were detected and the embassy advised against all travel to the region, citing “heightened tensions.”"

This whole Iran thing is a distraction. I don't believe a single word from this administration.
