    I liked that shot of the city with all the people. It isn't going to be like that soon :).

    I do have to admit I really like the juxtaposition of a crack house in a church and the beginnings of an apocalypse.

    BTW, I do not believe they mean to imply patient zero happened in that scene.

    I sort of like how this pilot's opening scene contrasted with that of TWD's. In FTWD a main character, immersed in a bustling city, grabs a weapon, prepared for some threat, sees said threat, panics, and runs away, while in TWD a main character, walking in a desolate landscape, sees an unexpected threat, panics, and exterminates said threat.

    The cast is very diverse so far. I think they're capturing LA pretty well so far.
