Ron is definitely pissed at Carl. With Ron's father dead he can't get a Viagra subscription anymore. That is why Enid was hanging with Carl.

Rick reaps what he sews. I'm not saying I approve of Ron's actions, but they're still rather understandable. They should've tried and rehabilitated Pete even if for only practical reasons since he was an actual trained ****ing surgeon. This was certainly much more likely than the Wolf showing any progress.

I really don't see why Ron is so incensed with Carl. Bullying is definitely an issue, but not from Carl of all people.

Carl has not done anything outwardly aggressive or negative towards Ron. Carl's comments while Rick was teaching Ron seemed helpful and understanding, not condescending. Carl has matured beyond Ron's silly teenage emotions and doesn't have time for this bs drama. I think this conflict is very one-sided and more a result of Ron's instability since losing his father than anything else. He even popped of on his mom for christsakes.

I'm surprised Rick isn't more cautious of Ron considering he killed his father (regardless of the merits).

Rick went to Deanna, Deanna didn't do anything. Rick went to Jessie to talk to her, Pete came up hostile and then Rick tried to diffuse the situation and get him to stop even after being punched twice and Pete kept coming.

Try to rehab that, go ahead.

Rick didn't go about it smart but it's not like there was much of a solution with Pete. He a wife beating POS and seriously deranged. Cooked.

 

I can't see Ron being such a killer he'd shoot Carl in the back just to be sure. More likely he'll feel the need to "confront" Carl, and seeing how he's never actually shot a gun in his life, Carl would shoot him first. I'm sure something much more stupid will happen though, if Ron keeps on with his plan even with the large CRASH of the tower coming down.

 

Ron is a teenager, so he's not thinking of the immediate consequences of his actions. And Carl isn't engaging in his attempts to fight. He shut him down with the fight and is now acting like his superior when he's his age. So, having been raised in an abusive environment, Ron goes to the next step of violent options.

I wonder if he won't intend to scare him but then accidentally shoot him in the chaos.

 

I don't get this either.

I think it just comes down to Carl not sugar-coating anything.
