I suppose. I am a nurse and I give out antibiotics often but I work acute care.

It just didn't look right to me. Most people take their antibx. I guess these could have been someone elses who died.

I was thinking he also could have found a pharmacy and stocked up. It looked like he had a bunch of empty pill bottles lying around him which he used to commit suicide. He may have found this all somewhere...he could have kept the antibiotics before he decided to kill himself. I think there are a number of scenarios, including what Apollonia said.

As far as Eugene's plan...I honestly think he was throwing that at Negan quickly because Negan was getting increasingly agitated that Eugene's bullets wouldn't be ready in the time-frame Negan wanted. Eugene knew he had to come up with something quickly, and he knew that usually he can use big words to satisfy Negan and make him think it's a great idea. It worked, but in a different way than I think Eugene planned because it made Negan think of the idea to coat the weapons with walker guts.

My theory (which might be optimistic because I am a Eugene fan) is that Eugene is trying to stall a little bit. The walker "psych-ops" that he came up with is gross, but not deadly, so maybe he has some kind of plan in place that he needs a little extra time for.

 

I like the idea that the dead guy may have taken the antibx from a pharmacy to stock up.

I guess Negan is dumber than I gave him credit for. Hurling bodies would be fun to watch but not very effective with all the work involved with building a catapult IMO.

Maybe Negan sees this as a way to inflct suffering rather than take the easy route to just burn the place down. I hope to see the catapult but I'm thinking this could be another way to drag this season out.

Appolonia, that was really trite--the door swings both ways thing. I criticized the show, and was personally criticized ("dumb", etc). And I'M snarky?
