Yes, I'm that old  ... ok, to be honest, I was still a child, when that song was popular, but The Clash was played in my favorite disco all the time

    The Clash, Bankrobber

I'm going to date myself, of course. I'm clearly older than a lot of you since I was WAY past the age of listening to Brittney Spears when she came on the scene lol

Micheal Jackson. Thriller, but also Billie Jean. I used to play that on the jukebox at my mum's restaurant.
Madonna, especially "Into the Groove" since it was featured in Desperately Seeking Susan
Tiffany "I think we're alone now"
Debbie Gibson "Only In my Dreams"
    Richard Marx "Right Here Waiting"
Bon Jovi "Livin on a Prayer"
Rick Astley "Never Gonna Give You Up" (long before people started Rick-rolling)
    Queen "Bohemian Rhapsody"
    Cindy Lauper "Time After Time"
    Run DMC "Walk This Way"
Fresh Prince "Parents Just Don't Understand"
    Berlin "Take My Breath Away"

A lot of songs remind me and come from movies I watched as a kid -- Top Gun, Wayne's World etc.

First song I slow danced to was purple rain in grade seven. I won't say how old the song was at the time.

First song I slow danced to was Stairway to Heaven. We had a dance at the hockey arena, lol.

First slow dance was End of the Road by Boys II Men in 6th grade, which was middle school for me. I promised my dad I wouldn't slow dance with a boy and then I did and told him about it immediately after lol.

    My teenage years

(ok I just flooded the music forum, I'm either really bored or trying really hard not to get any work done)

Two songs that sort of remind me of my younger days would be Numa Numa and I'm blue.

My favorite singer when I was a younger boy was Madonna, and now after 20 years I still love her song and I become nostalgic when I listen to Vogue or Zodiac songs.
