Yep it went directly to my spotify playlist when I watched the opening minutes last weekend

I am a music nerd so I was hooked the minute the eighth note triplets played so prominently

This was the first song in a long, long while from the show that grabbed my attention. I found myself humming/singing it after the show went off. That hasn't happened since "Easy Street" (LOL), but more seriously, "Blackbird Song" - that one, was and still AWESOME!

EDIT: And that Gordi isn't too bad. I just skimmed some of her other stuff on YT. "Can We Work It Out" is really good. "Wanting" isn't bad either.

(Edited Easy Street - I knew it was EasY Street!)

So, here is a question for you. Which version do you like the most?

    1. Studio recording above.

    2. This incredible live performance with a lot more voice distortion than on the studio recording. It's quite terrifying and surprisingly emotional and vulnerable at the same time. I was totally stunned.

    3. Then there is this brilliant stripped down acoustic version:

    4. And finally a gorgeous choral arrangement:

I watched the studio live w/ voice distortion and the acoustic version a couple of days ago and I much prefer the acoustic version

Thanks for the recommendations. I really like Can We Work It Out, the drums are great.

I also like her cover of Courtney Barnett's Avant Gardener.
