I’d been reading different articles here and there about how this virus is attacking the human body but this article brought together many of the concerns of the medical community concerning their understanding of everything that’s happening. Turns out we don’t know as much as we initially thought we did.

In one part of the article that talks about the neurosurgeon who was removing a blood clot from the brain of a young, otherwise healthy patient who was Covid positive, is chilling, like a damn horror film. At least I think so, lol.

They are going to be emptying the trains each night between one and five am to clean and sanitize the cars. I thought I heard Cuomo say that effectively getting the homeless above ground will make it easier to get them into shelters and appropriate places where they can receive the services they need. I hope it works cause it won’t be an easy task.

Perhaps, it might get to the point, while still locked down (since ridership is so low), you may have to show some sort of essential worker ID to board. MTA will have to figure it out.

I've thought since the beginning of the outbreak in NYC that the subway was the largest point of infection due to the close and confined quarters of the passengers.

This may help explain how wearing a mask will help protect you, or someone else.

    Well F***!!!

My nephew just called. My sister was admitted to the hospital for COVID19.
When I talked to her last night she said that she hadn’t been feeling well the last few days. Vomiting and diarrhea. She also had a pain in her chest. I told her to call her doctor because she also suffers from neuropathy. And those were the symptoms my mom and I had. He said she was having difficulty breathing, so he took her to the ER.
And I can’t do anything but wait for them to call, as they live in AZ.
    SOB!!! Enough of this already!!!

Just updating to say my sister was released from the hospital and waiting on her CV test results. They gave her a prescription for an inhaler and one for loertabs(sp).
She tore up the pain killer one.
She can breathe a bit better and is at home under the watchful care of her daughter in law and grandkids.
She thinks she got it from her husband, who works for Lowe’s, and refuses to wear a mask. He apparently had been sick, but thought it was just the stomach flu.
