OK, this is kinda sad... I'm going to just opine here so I don't feel like this plan got totally lost somewhere...

I liked this volume quite a bit. Here comes Abraham!! Sure he is a caricature of 80's action heroes, with the mouth of Steven Stiffler, but he is the man!...

I do like how the show ran these storylines, the Rick/Carl stuff was faithfully done, with some of the drawn out parts trimmed for time. I like how it was truncated in the show, but would rather liked to see them go to the farm instead of a boxcar to meet up. Isn't it cramped in there? ;P

it's funny, the first week or so, I was getting mentioned to post in these, and now there's like no one who else posts anymore. I think it's dead :zombies_lol:

lol. I love this volume too. After was such a perfect visual way to do this volume and adding more Michonne really brought it together.

This is when Carl finally became someone I paid attention to. I was scared for Rick too.

I know, right? This and the next volume set the tone going forward. Abe and crew were larger than life, but so too went the story from there. It got bigger and bolder, and crossed over from a zombie story to an epic tale to me. Just a solid foundation to tie off what came before, to where we go from here.
