That's the whole point. Glenn's the nice guy, the optimist, the moral authority of the group.

 

Searching Glenn gifs yesterday made me want to do a Hair Porn post. So here you go

 

Glenn's death, while it will be sad as F, is SUCH a big part of the story - it has a long lasting effect on all of the characters, I actually like TV Glenn more than I did in the comics and he's definitely one of my favourite characters.


Looking back I think he's fake out death was definitely to lull us into a false sense of security in regards to his safety.

Ever since the dumpster episode where Glenn survived, I keep thinking each new episode will be the one where they kill him off. Luckily it hasn't happened so far, but I bet the S6 finale will be his curtain call. I'll
be a sobbing wreck.

The fact that Glenn was the one to see them made me immediately think he's gonna die soon.

That's true. The only problem is, I have the patience of a kid on a sugar rush. Not so good at waiting.

 

My bets are on Carol. I think Glenn will be safe.

They've teased Glenn's death for an awfully long time. Everywhere he goes he meets a baseball bat.

It's noteworthy that Glenn has never harmed anyone until he killed those two Saviors, and he killed them while they slept. I'll bet there's a security camera in that building and it caught Glenn stabbing those men. In Negan's view, the Saviors Daryl nuked on the road, and the Saviors Rick and his group killed in the compound were stupid, but the two Saviors Glenn killed were asleep. That's not fair. Glenn's got to pay.

 

I still think it'll be Glenn, because it was a major blow to readers when it happened in the comic. I know it stunned the hell out of me the first time I read it.
