It's going to be a long couple of months.

 

I wonder, whether Carl is trying to divert the 2 walkers away from that house (in which Rick is recuperating) or to lure the walkers to a specific location for some unknown purpose.

 

It looks like episode 9 will be Carl and Rick centric, as expected, with maybe establishing shots of all the separate groups for episode 10.

 

Haha, yeah the promo shows absolutely nothing except that Rick will have a bad dream and Carl will wake him up.

And it appears the two of them have found a safe haven.

I really hope that the first episode is not only Rick and Carl. I'm not really interested in either of them anymore.

I'm hoping for Carol, Sasha, or Beth to be the main stars of the second half of the season.

 

Carl yelling at Rick ''Wake up! '' is exactly what I want to see from the comics. Vol. 9 is one of my favorites and looking forward to see how they will adapt it on TV.

 

Rick is not having a bad dream.

 

Am I the only one that thinks Beth looks a little off her rocker in those stills?

The actor playing Carl is growing up fast. Another year and he might not look like a kid anymore- I am not sure what they will do then because there are several future plots where he still needs to look like a 12 year old.

 

Maybe they should superimmpose a Little Boy onto his Body just incase.

 

you know its funny. despite how far they deviated from the comics in s3 and the first half of s4, i have a feeling theyll be right back in line with the comics (save for a TV exclusive character or 2 and others getting the TV Shane treatment and lasting longer) in the beginning of s5. at which point im sure theyll add their new twists and what not again.

I think they either have to kill the character off or deviate from those comic plots. I think the latter is more likely.

 

Yeah, she almost looks sort of exultant, like she set the fire herself. Maybe she just torched a house full of walkers or something.
