I think Tyreese will forsure try to hurt her may even succeed

 

I'm not sure about that. He was crazy angry in the heat of the moment, after finding Karen dead. But when he finds out about Carol (which I'm sure he will at some point), time will have passed, and there will probably be other threats and considerations. Tyreese has already shown that he can set aside his hurt, to go on the mission for antibiotics, although his 'hammer-time' was another way of venting, I suppose.

I can't see Tyreese ever physically hurting a woman, he lashed out at Daryl and Rick in anger, but it's another thing for him to hurt Carol after the fact. He may push for some kind of retribution, maybe to have her banished from the prison, but I don't see him laying a hand on her, ever.

Tyrese won't kill her. In fact, I think he will even forgive her (if they both live that long).
As far as her comic book counterpart, didn't they pretty much do a Carol-esque character in the first episode of the season?
Seeing that they've been really good at paralleling story lines with different characters, I kinda see Carol picking up Andrea's story line. Her and Rick are getting closer, and the girls could be Ben and Billy. It kinda makes sense.

 

I've heard many rumours that the Governor is linked to the scene with rick and carol in the house, but they don't discover him. Kind of like a dramatic-irony example if you will

It's hard to do a clean sweep with just two people. A sweep only works in bigger groups.

 

Notice, this is the second time that Rick has attempted to "save" Carol from a walker while she idly stalls. This conveys 2 possible developments:

1. Carol is feeling suicidal due to guilt

2. Or, we are beginning to see a Rick and Carol thing going on ....
