I think it be coming. Glenn already showed his more experienced and hardened side. Rick probably slowly grow back that beard as he more and more becomes disappointed with this society that been living in a bubble. Also, Carol is the one who lies the most. SHE probably NEVER was that happy about her former life. Behind the curtains they all speak of "becoming weak".

Also I think the gun was taken by that girl.
