    That's a weird pic at end of scene. Bullet hole is from inside, but blood dripping is from outside. Before walkers arrived. Enid on other side of fence ?

    It bugs me that if these are steel panels as Reg said, a bullet wouldn't pierce it. But, overlooking that, probably anywhere you pierce the fence now you are going to draw walker blood.
