The issue with the whole "Nicolas is on top of him thing" is, you see Glenn hit the ground, and then everything settles. You don't see the impact of Nicolas landing on him. It's quite clear that Nicolas isn't on him as he hits the ground either.

that scene was soo intense and i honestly havent squirmed in my seat like that in a while

The acting between Michonne and Heath in the pet shop was also a highlight
and i think him seeing his reflection in the water he finally got what she was saying.

aside from glenn i hated seeing the alexandria folks die out

 

I thought he would do the same but end up crowd surfing for a good 2 minutes and end back on top of the dumpsters with Glenn.

Obviously, the "Dumbass" remark was to remind us that dumpsters, like tanks, have hatches on the bottom.


ETA: There was also the overhead camera angle at the end of the shot.

 

First thing: Glen is definitely alive.

Second: It's a shame about some of those Alexandrians. I kind of liked Annie and David (?).

Third: I'm glad Daryl went back to the parade, but I have to wonder how much gas he went through on his joyride.

 

But I thought he landed in the ground NEXT to thee dumpster....

I doubt he's dead. He'll survive in some logic-defying way, but we won't find out for a couple of episodes.

 

It might not be him but Nicholas laying on top of him. He do not really look to be in the pain he should be from losing is internal organs. Also Nicholas died much earlier here than in the comics

 

I guess your right. I just saw some of the other posts, and when thinking about it, it does look like his guts is coming out of his shoulder and such.

But yeah, I don't think the next episode will reveal anything just yet.
Glenn will show up by himself at Alexandria covered in blood at some point and THEN we'll get to know how he escaped this situation.
Or well, thats what I think will happen, lol!

 

My 2¢

Glen is not dead. (How Nichols fell, Glen's not on the talking dead, and Glens one of the core group members, and he got a 3-10 second death? no way jose)

 

Watching again, and Glenn's definitely not dead. But he might need some therapy after being used a plate for the walkers chowing down on Nicholas. How he's going to get out of it, I don't know. It doesn't look like he has room to get under the dumpster, but maybe the blood and guts will disguise him if he calms down and doesn't move or make a sound.

Also, who else is still in play and close enough who could distract the Walkers and give him a chance to escape... Enid maybe? Tobin and Francine? Maybe a stray Wolf that stumbles onto the buffet and makes too much noise and distracts the herd? I don't know.

Also, I'm totally loving Heath. Loved his interaction with Michonne.

 

I think that too. But the thing is, how is he going to survive?? There are like hundreds of walkers around him, he doesn't have anyone near him to ask for help, etc..

That thing about the blood and guts maybe is an option yeah, didn't thought about that!


Maybe another truck is going to crash in Alexandria out of nowhere (??? and there is going to be a sound of another annoying horn :zombies_confused:

One thing I was thinking is could Glenn use his walkie-talkie to catch the attention of the walkers. When Rick was asking for people he tried talking to Glenn 3 or 4 times. The noise could either do him in or save him, no?
