Was that Jadis dressed in Negan clothes in the clean room?
That means there is a naked Negan being rolled around on a cart. Maybe she has him tucked neatly under the bed. For “after”.

A couple thoughts...First, that clean room of Jadis might suggest under the huge pile of garbage is actually a cover up for something special underneath. The huge pile of garbage is just a put up front to discourage others to come and take over your nice place.

Another thing is, Jadis fakes a death brilliantly. With her eyes open, she can still observe the surrounding. Say, if that saviour who walks by decides to shoot her to make sure she is dead, she can jump up to tackle him. Romulan cleverness.

 

that looked like a container to me. fixed up of course, and the roof cut out with torches (no electric needed) and a bank of windows put on the roof. Which would let light in and keep walkers out of, being on top. Pretty good idea.

 

Thinking the same thing. Also could explain the solar panels and helipad. That the mess is a front to hide the real location.

 

OMG me too!! I played it over and over yesterday and laughed my arse off the entire time. I kept thinking of Negan as a member of the olympic luge team and Jadis was his coach LMAO!!

 

EHRMAGAD.....the dump is RACCOON CITY and Jadis' bunker is a portion of the THE HIVE!!!!!!

I just thought of another connection which I think is very likely.
A sneak peek shows Jadis taking off her dark coat revealing the white dress underneath. This implies that she is using a dirty external appearance to hide her internal preference of tidiness and cleanness. Now, this can be readily transferable to the garbage dump site, where a dirty external is hiding a neat and clean compound (possibly with power supplied by the solar panels?).

 

And at one time, they ran around naked. Making it easier to clean up.
