As for his actual demise, I had always hoped they were going to follow through with the hanging, because I’ve never been hung before and that would be good with all the death reels. I’ve got three falls from 30 floors. I’ve got three explosions in planes. I’ve got at least 15 stabbings and 25 gunshots. I needed a hanging. So I was counting on them following through on the comic book’s inevitable swinging from the tree at one time or another, but I just wasn’t sure it was gonna happen.

 

Q: Did you pull off any new pranks to send Andrew Lincoln off?

A: Andrew who?! [Laughs] Andrew? It sounds familiar, but I can’t remember. I think the last prank that we played was him toilet papering my car, but he did it while we were shooting a really heavy scene and he told the base camp coordinator to toilet paper my car. So, when the scene was over, I came back to my car. He didn’t do it himself. That’s some cheap sh—t. He didn’t even get his hands dirty. He got the last prank in, but he is definitely not winning this prank war at all!


when I read this, I though he was saying his CAT had been toilet-papered. That would have been quite a feat. lol
