I wasn't really scanning for them, so I'm sure I missed a bunch, but what I caught so far...

One of the walkers in D.C. was holding his shoulders in a very similar manner to Bus Walker from Days Gone Bye, when Rick enters Atlanta. Both were wearing ties.

The fingers of the walker who put its hands on the counter to pull itself up inside the museum were reminiscent of the fingers coming out of the Do Not Dead, Open Inside door after Rick woke up from his coma.

Carol told Daryl that cigarettes would kill him, the way she once told it to an annoyed Shelly Neudermeyer.

In 30 Days without an Accident, it was walkers falling through the ceiling, sometimes getting hung up and hanging, and in A New Beginning it was Ezekiel falling through and hanging. Just prior to that Siddiq got his foot grabbed in a similar manner to Zach in 401.

    And of course..."pookie".

Rick riding into Atlanta on a horse in S1E1. Rick riding into town, fully in charge this time.

Too obvious to count as an Easter Egg? Made me grin, though.

Heard the pookie reference. The rest I don't care about.

Tara was riding the very same horse that Rick rode in season 1 into Atlanta.

Maybe not really an easter egg, but in the museum, when Gabriel pins the walker to the wall after the last stage of the "Evolution of man". I interpreted that as foreshadowing for the Whisperers.

Ooooh I’m late to the game but I’m re watching right now !

So, there is windmill just like at the farm, just after “it’s time to put the children to bed” quickly followed by Gregory being hung, just like Randell... the new building he’s hung off looks like the barn at Hershels farm .... as it’s burning in its skeletal state.

    My take on it ...

I didn't. I just saw it as walkers being the next step in the evolution.
