    I normally avoid spoilers. I checked this one out because TWD doesn't usually show many of their cards in teasers and trailers. This one was a bit more spoilery though.

    My thought since he first entered their camp and watched Alpha and Beta interact was that Negan's plan is to remove Beta first. He knows that Beta is more brutal and would be more dangerous if Alpha wasn't there to keep him in line. So if he takes out Alpha, Beta would take over and easily take out Negan. So I think his plan is to become Alpha's #2 and create divide between Alpha and Beta. Weaken the bond.

    I disagree. Without Alpha, Beta is lost. Yes, he'd be enraged, but rage doesn't lead to good actions. Negan is smarter than Beta who is just brute force. IMO
