I was puzzled about that at first but on second watch it occurred to me that was probably Negans emergency get away stash. He had the motorcycle and canned food hidden away if he needed to escape. I could see this as being a smart tactic in the event that the sanctuary were to be breached by others, supplies raided etc. Negan was probably considering all scenarios and preparing himself for any of those events. The wall he was taking down seemed fairly easy to hack through

Welp, that was accurate.

I am feeling the letdown of watching the episode early and having so few people in on the events that occurred.

I am hoping that a few more people return to the forum come Sunday because I am so ready to read others thoughts on the episode
