Not for me. Milton is the closest Andrea has to a friend in Woodbury. The Governor often assigned him to Andrea so as to keep her distracted and watched, remember Mr Coleman?

Trust was also shown when Andrea confided in Milton about making a trip to the prison in ep. 13.

 

I loved that scene and thought it was super adorable, If I were Andrea I would have totally gone for Milton instead of Phillip.
