Better Call Saul Billboard

    Apparently a new billboard has gone up in ABQ advertising the services of Saul in his "pre-tribe" days when he used his real Irish name: James McGill.

    So it seems that the new show will probably show Saul trying to establish himself as a legit lawyer (following his graduation from the law school of the Uni of Western Samoa) before he decides to become a CRIMINAL lawyer and reinvent himself as a Jew.

    This makes me happy.

    Mike is going to be a regular on the show too..

    Michael McKeon was cast as Saul's brother Chuck McGill. Love Michael McKeon, he's fantastic as a slippery/shady type of character!

    That's great. Vince Gilligan said they might work Gus into the story at some point because there was more to tell about him.

    I'm really looking forward to this show.

    I'm very worried about this show. I really hope it'll be good as I loved BB and miss it, but I've got a nagging feeling it won't last more than a season.

    Given the dark visceral feel of BB, making a jokey prequel seems like asking for trouble.

    Word is that AMC has approved the show already for a Season 2.

    Fans of Breaking Bad have to keep in mind that while we are going to have some crossover characters, that this is a separate story. It doesn't have to have the same feel. And while Saul did provide the show with some comedy, there were plenty of points where the actions of Walter, and particularly Jesse, did the same.

    Since Vince Gilligan is involved in the prequel I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. He earned it after Breaking Bad.

    I'm much more concerned about TWD companion show.

    I can't wait for this show, I finished Breaking Bad in like, a week. Easily the greatest TV Show of all time.
