its a personal choice, personally i think MW2 is better than them both, but MW3 has some good features, the spec ops and Chaos mode, BO2 has ZOMBIES!

both Multiplayer options are similar enough for you to not really know the diffrence.

the Campaigns are also fairly bland and only worth a play through once or twice ( if your like me and like acheivments the you'll play it on the two harder settings and once completed never play them again).

BO2 easily. The spawnkilling in MW3 made me lol at the game, not to mention the other problems it has.

Didnt make it to first prestige either because I found it too boring, not sure why...

Black Ops II campaign is way better than MW3's, I love the new Create a Class and the different storylines depending on what you do is great as well.
I prefer Zombies to Spec Ops/Survival, it's a lot more fun.
For Multiplayer Black Ops II gets my vote as well. I think the majority of weapons are balanced well. There's only a few underpowered things. I prefer most of the maps too.
I like what they've done with Prestige as well, making it so challenges don't reset and you keep your weapon unlocks.

    This may sound crazy but:
    BO2 Campaign=best CODpaign
    BO2 Multiplayer=best one ever
    MW3 Survival>BO2 Zombies

as much of a die hard zombie fan I am, I actually like Survival now in MW3, plus Spec Ops gave birth to the Strike Force. Looks like they both were borrowing idea from each other. BO1&2 both needed Co-op campaign. MW is a better single player campaign experience cuz it never had a game with the Co-op like 3Arc's WaW did

BO2 took all the connection problems from BO Zombies and played it everywhere else besides Zombies. They redistributed the connection problem. If IW did the same thing we'd complain more about it.

MW2 is still the best of everything in my opinion.
But for the sake of this argument, I prefer BO2. Just because of Zombies and the maps are far better on Multiplayer (IMO).

MW 2 tbh, MW 3 is ok, but they started making the maps too small and the sub machine guns better, thats when you knew they were appealing to noobs rather then dedicated fans so...

For someone who only plays TDM Black Ops II is nowhere near as good as MW3. In BO2 there's no point choosing any of the higher scorestreaks cos they're almost impossible to get plus I like how in MW3 each of your Create-A-Class slots has it's own Strike Package. I like some of BO2's maps and the Pick10 system is kinda cool but I just have more fun on MW3 than BO2 and that's why I play games - to have fun!

    BO2, MW3 is old

Although for BO2 being a new gamer there seems to be more inconsistencies within the game relative to the other CODs
