    Running people over is like 50/50 chance if the game decides its a kill or not

    I'm not even sure it is 5050. I have gotten many top 3 finishes, and daily I find that cars miss regularly. I have literally ran the same person over like 4 times head on and he was invincible...
    It's so bad I feel like there are cheaters... Btw this is on PS4 beta
