I think Carl made the right move not making either of them put him down so to speak.

I don't know. The sound of the gun going off is sure to haunt them forever. It would me. I'm glad they acknowledged Michonne and Carl's pact to put the other down if it came to it and I do understand why he insisted on not letting Michonne. I guess I'm okay with it. Doesn't matter anyway lol!

The Negan and Judith tidbit blew my mind! Didn't think they'd include that. I'm interested to see ole grey Negan play out. He better be good to her!

 

I had a feeling Carl was gonna do that to spare Rick and Michonne from doing it. And he wanted to take the responsibility for his on death as much as it sucked. And I'm ok with that. Also, I don't think that is something Rick or Michonne would want to see.

 

I’m sure Carl probably asked that he do it alone. It was such a throwback to the way he shot lori and Maggie heard it from outside the door.

It looks like it is still night time from the view out of the broken window the last time we see the three of them together. Then it is full daylight when Rick and Michonne are on the porch and Carl shoots himself. I don't think they would have left him alone for a long time. That was distracting.

I admired him Carl for being able to shoot himself and spare them. That was heroic.

At one point when Rick and Carl were face to face talking in the end reminded me of Rick and Andrea face to face before she shot herself...Even used the same camera angle..

 

The point of shooting himself was to save them grief, so I think it would be realistic that he doesn't want them to hold his hand for it. Just makes you think about how he is awake and talking, and he decides he is done and time to go. It would be hard to go while you were coherent.

 

To all true fans of TWD what they have done by killing Carl is a slap in the face of us fans. They're saying we fans don't matter to them, our posts, opinions, or fan base has nothing to do with this show, Fear TWD, or the comic. So, to all true fans "boycott "
this show, Fear TWD, don't buy another TWD comic,t-shirt,coffee cup, etc etc, put these shows into cancellation.
Let them feel the wrath of true fans and that we do matter.

 

Not everyone feels the way you do. And IF that were the case, then you can pretty much scratch any tv show, movie or otherwise off the face of the planet.

 

and the first thing you should boycott are any forums connected with the show.

Pretty much the dumbest posting so far. As a "true" fan of TWD I like seeing where they take or don't take the characters. I'm not going to boycott it because something happens that I don't agree with or particularly like. I was disappointed when Andrea was killed off, but so be it. Toughen up snowflake.

You REALLY REALLY REALLY should leave that dungeon door open or give some of us a key. You never know what is going to crop up when you are away.
