In general, I prefer the look of long hair on women as opposed to short hair. However - setting of the ZA aside - I really dig Carol / Melissa McBride with short hair. She is BEAUTIFUL, and while I know that isn't what they're after in the show, the long hair just doesn't look good and IMO, takes away from her beauty.

Earlier in the thread, @calliope said maybe they'll do another transition for her hair and i think that's possible too. Perhaps this is just to help show the place Carol is in her life right now. I don't know if they'll take it super short again since to me that represented her life with Ed, but who knows! Maybe she'll get tired of the long locks.

I like her hair long. It's Jesus who should change hairstyle. The man bun look is just not very masculine on anyone. That's my opinion, I'm not looking for agreement or disagreement

I baked a bun once and later it went off to college in California and when it came home for St. Patrick's Day to visit it had its hair up in a person.

It's not just Midwestern grannies. Actually I've been of the opinion that there are many women, both young and old that don't look as great in long hair as they think they do. A lot of older women cut their hair because it's just easier or it starts to thin out a bit. Long grey hair can be gorgeous or it can make you look like you should be stirring a caldron. Not just talking about color but texture as well. Utimately though it's whatever makes you feel good. Melissa can rock both lengths and I like to think Carol's new style makes her happy. Could be Zeke likes to run his fingers through it......

What do you mean When? if you have any left at 92, or however old you are now, and they are not gray, you must be reallocating the Grecian Formula for use in other areas. Also, if they get to this point, PLEASE don't wear shorts. Unless you corn row first.
