Whatever the story was with the chained walkers was lost on me. The walker that was dragging itself along the road with the chain on him, and the chained walker to the bed with the bag on its head.

    I’m confused. Lol

Chained walker on the road was caught in the bear traps Gabe and Dr. Carson later ran into. The chained walker to the bed I think he handcuffed himself to stop him from leaving the room when he turned after suicide.

I thought the same as Jag, but I've really thought also that Father G was hallucinating the whole thing. The writers like to play with our minds!

Yeah the chain thing was boring and a big waste of time.....all that rubbish between that doctor and Gabriel was. At least the doctor died I guess so something was achieved. Was disappointed in Gabriel crying like a girl afterwards though.

I really feel sorry for Carson and Gabe.

I still find it silly how Negans troops can still be so numerous and so high morale and discipline after all the shit thrown at them. It is like a cult.

RIP Carson! Only one doctor on the show! The chains of being a doctor in this show is death.

@PepperAnn at least you had the curiosity to ask about it - I saw the chained walker and let it slip by without knowing or even wondering where it came from LOL.

There's a simple fix for him, which I've already instituted. ;) My first one here I think.

The ONLY reason I looked for it was because @Lindigo mentioned something yesterday about the slow reveal of the chained walker. So I looked for it last night. Lol

My daughter was telling me that zombies, especially slow moving ones, are meant to symbolize slaves. Sub human, ghastly, but always lumbering due to the weight of chains. In this case, the chains were spelled out.

That's interesting, but that can't be a universal metaphor. I think our zombies are just zombies. Maybe I am missing what they are supposed to be slaves to.
