I think it's the best thing Daryl did in season 3 and 4 together.
He finally became the toughguy again we all wanted him to be. I wish he smashed the bottle on Bob's head.

I know this is a joke, but I do think he is gay. He has not shown the slightest interest in the opposite sex that I can think of- all this time, a good looking guy like him, he's never with any women. Maybe he is asexual, I don't know, but something is off. And Norman Reedus is the type who would want Daryl to be gay because he is an alternative thinker.
