Ah, you're right, I missed the pointless wasted space that is the tiny hallway just off the entryway and leading to the bedrooms and bath. That's also the bath that everyone else will be using so it's just odd. You walk into the front doors and instead of a wonderful view of the house (or even a nice room) you see walls and a toilet....

I would convert the garage into a family room, move the front door there and then shift the linen closet toward where the front door is now. Also expand the laundry.

 

Lot's of wasted space in the entry way area and by the laundry room area.

I didn't say any *country* would, but as an individual, I do have some choice in which regimes to support - or not. For all its new mercantilism, China seems no better than it used to be as far as having a social conscience goes.

Last week someone brought up the possibility that the Chinese might have been experimenting with this virus for its potential application as a bio-warfare agent.

Then I had said something to the effect of "I hope that's not true because that's beyond the pale even for the Chinese."

Well it turns out that I read two articles yesterday where it's beginning to look like that's EXACTLY what they were doing. Obviously these reports aren't 100% conclusive, but the case has been made and there seems to be some merit to what is alleged. Scary.

If I can find those articles again, I will post them.
