    Well I am pretty sure that won't happen. Kirkman isn't going to set up long arcs and then end it suddenly. I've heard him mention post AOW stories involving Rick and some of the communities. I doubt they all die but I have no idea where to begin with this cover. Who are these people?

    Now i'm wishing away the war arc. lol

    they are still releasing issues on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays up through that issue

    So we will see a few more. Curious if we will get a hint about what happened. It's also possible they don't want to reveal who survived AOW on a cover.

    Could this be our new (temporary until Carl's old enough) protagonist? I've been saying for a while that I think Rick will die by AOW's end.

    I read a theory that they are the saviors with Negan replaced. That would be cool.

    That'd be really cool. I'm just going by the fact that Kirkman said that after #126 it "becomes a completely different book", so that could either mean that Rick dies or even in this case a female antagonist.

    It could. I think Rick will make it longer but eitehr of us could be right or both. Rick dies and then is still the main character but turned.
    Good thing the novel will probably kill her. :p

    I went back to compare pictures, just to make sure they weren't jumping back to tell the Lilly survived at the prison story:Grin:

    I just thought of something after looking at #126's cover...what if Maggie kills Negan with Lucille? :O That'd be so freaking awesome.

    I had posted in the "After All Out War" thread, half-jokingly, that they do a time jump to when Carl is the leader, and Rick died sometime in the jump. They then go back and tell the story of how he died, Carl became leader, etc, through flashbacks mixed in with present stories. That way he can be dead, and still alive through flashback stories, if that makes sense

    my only problem which i've posted before is she is pregnant and might avoid approaching Negan.
    it'd be cool but i don't know if a skip is happening here.
