Considering Beth was watching her father as a hostage and then murdered, I think the writing was okay. But yes, I think they kids are with tyreese.

May have already been mentioned, but the Governor's army was useless. Who'd they kill in battle? Judith possibly, anyone else?

They killed Julio, a bunch of red shirts, and maybe Denny Ainsworth.

Julio was the glue that held together Mrs. Richards and her husband [until he passed away... so young...so young]. And now Julio is gone forever from our lives as well.

A lot of unsung heroes fell on that tumultuous day, but Julio was certainly the most courageous. His hulking presence in the background will be sorely missed, but he will never be forgotten. R.I.P, you handsome devil- you have earned it.

A song was written for Julio's memory, called
♫♪ Me and Julio, down by the prison yard.♪♫

Julio had the power and Godlike abilities of a Daryl. He could take cover behind what was basically sheet metal and be invincible. He actually killed a dude and then unexplainable ran out into the open to be shot. So Glenn and Maggie could watch him die? Either way. Total beef cake and hero.

I don't think it was an unrealistic situation. Anyone that can fight was sent to the front lines, anyone left was evacuating the sick to the bus. I think it's eminently reasonable for someone to put Judith in the car seat, give her to Lizzie and the other kids who are told to take Judith and go to the bus. Lizzie, in particular, is old enough to be given that responsibility.

Put it this way, there is you (and you're too sick to fight), Glen, the kids and Judith and you have to get everyone to the bus. You can't take both Glen and Judith at the same time so it's reasonable to give Judith to the kids (they can't take Glen) and tell them to get to the bus as fast as they can while you help Glen to the bus. I don't feel that not foreseeing Lizzie channeling her inner Rambo as unreasonable.

I noticed when rewatching this that Michonne's Katana appeared to be on the ground behind Tara when she was crouched behind the tank after she'd dropped her gun , but at the same time the Governer appeared to be using it to behead Herschel .

Because it's a super slow season. I love this season, but I can understand why people say its slow.

I haven't read through this whole thread but why has there been soooooo much hate on Season 4? Big step up from Season 3 if you ask me. I know TWD has had it's ups and downs but Season 4 has kicked ass and AMC has given Season 5 a go!!! I'm new to this forum but I will for sure stay in touch with this site! Anyone want to discuss or share your comments on TWD you can with me on facebook "The Walking Dead Fan Club". See you here or see you there!

So I was just rewatching this episode on AMC and I thought it was pretty cool how they had Rick shoot first at the governor and then Carl's shot was instantly right after if not at the same time.
