TWD is the show that needs to worry about ratings at this point.

Morgan is our crossover character.. so he must die by the end of the war... so do we see him before or after Eastman?

 

Makes zero sense. Only options....

1) Morgan went from Atlanta, to Texas, then back to Atlanta, then up to VA.

2) FTWD makes a 2 year time jump between seasons 3 and 4.

3) Morgan is shown in flashbacks to before the outbreak and is not part of the actual show.

4) Characters from FTWD travel to Atlanta, opening up the possibility of connecting the two shows.

My vote is none of the above, they all suck, the idea sucks, everything about this sucks.

 

So how will this work? Morgan would have to not be a part of AOW. Maybe after his and Jesus fight we don't see him again? That's the only way because it wouldn't make sense for Morgan to run into any FTWD character before.

 

That would mean a huge time jump on ftwd. According to the timeline, the last episode of season 3 took place on, or around, the same day the cdc exploded in the main show. At that point Morgan was still in Rick's old neighborhood. Either with Duane or right after he died and Morgan took up residence in his "clear" apartment. Then goes out into the woods, lives with Eastman, then heads to VA based on Abe's map.

 

I was thinking the same thing. So they've either decided to completely ignore the timeline, or revealed that the FTWD crew goes to somewhere between Rick's hometown and Atlanta, or revealed a huge time skip. No matter which one they choose, FTWD is becoming a huge missed opportunity to tell a different story in a different area.

First, we get Morales popping up out of nowhere for just one scene. Now this. This makes no sense, as people have said already. You'd think if Morgan had gone to Texas in the past he would have told Rick about it. Why and how would Morgan get to TX in his Clear phase? If after that phase, why go to TX at all and then decide to go back East and look for Rick near VA? I don't even know if my own questions makes any damned sense.

 

At this point they were better off making it Abe!! I'm betting on a time jump for fear
