Am I the only one who got the chills when Carol, in the church-scene, basically wished damnation upon her dead husband? That was a good little moment to me.

I wish he had become walking dead. He didn't deserve his quick death for beating her and wanting to molest their daughter.

Getting eaten alive is quick? I'd say he got just what he deserved.

One of the few times I agreed with Shane was when he beat that bastard's face in.

As the female characters go, Carol is my favorite so far. She hasn't done much that's been noteworthy, but she has endless potential without Ed to hold her back.

I just re-watched this episode and it gave me a new admiration for Carol. I realized that she actually puts her own hand on her mouth to try and keep quiet under the car. Lori helps her after the fact. She also doesn't disolve into a blubbering mess. She tries to stay coherent and help find her daughter.

Her husband got what he deserved. I think that he wouldn't even survive out there because of his attitude.
