    Hands down this was my fave scene. First of all, she plays Judith so well. It doesnt feel like a robot line reciting child. She puts emotion and feeling into her role. And I love love love how Daryl doesn’t treat her like a kid. He talks to her like an adult and it takes me back to the lil ass kicker days. I love their connection. *heart eyes*

    I often find kids in TV shows annoying but Judith is a cutie pie, and yes, she is very natural in her role. I loved the scene with her and Daryl talking, also how sad she looked when he was leaving.

    I wonder how Daryl would react if he found out she was chatting it up with Negan though? lol I don't think he knows about it at this point, unless Michonne told him off screen.

    Considering the scant back story we have on Daryl (i.e. abusive father) I tend to think that he would have two reactions.

    He would probably rant and rave to Michonne about it which at this point would be like preaching to the choir. But when approaching Judith with it I tend to think that he would remain quite calm and try to have a discussion with her in hopes of making her see Negan as he sees him.

    I agree. I think he would also rant and rave to Negan about it, like Michonne did.

    I loved this scene. This was another way for him to be close to Rick again.

    On the rewatch, notice how both of their booted feetsies point toes up and then feet down to the dock in unison. So cute.

    Feetsies is the plural when two pair of feet are discussed. :p
