Amy's death had that look too. They look like they're holding still for the bite, which makes no sense. These women had been slightly sheltered from the whole ZA experience, but they still should have known that walker bite = BAD. No visible effort to tear themselves away, attack the walker, nothing. Must be some kind of emotional paralysis, which is seriously non-adaptive behavior (read "stupid").
