Yes, it survived. Its not a house, but part of the big brownstone building. They only burned a handful of structures that were build just for the show. The brownstone was part of the property before TWD came along, and even has real people living in it.

I think we can rest assured that if they need the cell later it survived the fires just fine......even if it was destroyed by them during the attack.
