Dumbest horror movie you ever saw?

    Let's face it, there is horror movies that are simply... dumb. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of completely insane, crazy and dumb movies. I consider some of them like simply genius.

    Some of mines:

    Caban in the woods (this one is simply stupid for me)
    Zombeavers (dafuq??)
    All the "someone versus someone else" movies
    Scream

    And some more...

    Out of all the the dumb horror movies I've seen, the absolute dumbest is called "criminally insane" aka crazy fat ethel... ethel is released from the insane asylum for being a psychotic over eater, because the state can't afford to house her anymore. ..

    She stabs her grandmother to death for locking up the food, then kills a few more people, including the grocery store delivery boy.. they even made a sequel. ..

    It's on you tube if you dare...

    TAKE THAT BACK!!!!

    I love the Scream series lol. Well except the 4th that one was extremely horrid.

    I'm gonna say either the Blair Witch Project or The Happening.

    If anyone dares say Troll 2 I will WRECK you! Troll 2 is the BESTEST horror movie...nay BESTEST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!

    Prolly the Seed of Chucky even though I love Chucky to death, dat was a complete comedy, still enjoyed it doe.

    Seriously... there is another one completely silly: "Killer Klowns from outer space". So silly that it's simply genious. And the sequels from Evil dead. I just love them but they are dumb.

    Bong of the Dead. I watched this with my daughter and at some point in it she said, "This was Thomas Newman's vision" (the director). Pretty dang bad. Leprechaun was probably worse though. Oh and "Nell", I couldn't sit through that one.

    Killer Klowns From Kansas On Krack (2003) gets my vote as the dumbest horror ever although the puppet crack dealers in the film are pretty funny :D

    A little number from the 80's called C.H.U.D. (cannibalistic humanoid underground dwellers). That is the worst I have ever seen

    Hey c.h.u.d. was pretty good. .I want to change my choice to Blair witch project. .. that movie made want to kill the entire cast and bury them in the woods where zombeavers could find them and feast on their remains. .

    By dumb you mean boring or terrible?
    Recently watched terrible horror movies i saw were Ouija, The Wolfman, The Haunting Hours, Friday the 13th part 5,etc.

    wow, as i sit here thinking about it, i've seen some really shitty movies in my life... i can't help myself though..i love bad movies...

    The fourth kind. I was kinda scary but the story and ending were both complete steaming piles of crap.

    i am surprised nobody said Halloween 3......

    i've seen plenty of awful horror movies..... just watch the Syfy channel....

    Critters 2, Gingerdead Man, The Boogens, Really a lot of Garbage out there. I would watch all of it at least once though...

    nah seriously, I would have to say: Maggie

    Girl gets infected, and her father Arnold Schwarzenegger refuses to put her down._ It was long, drawn out and irritating to watch.

    Would have been better if I could bring myself to believe that that was a Father/Daughter pairing. Neither put enough work into it to make me buy it.

    Aww man so many..

    recent horror fliks that Ive seen and were dumb:

    Unfriended
    The Gallows
    The Canal (had some decent ideas/moments but overall huge let down)
    and a bunch of "found video footage" horror movies which were horrible
