Come on man come up some new material! You hating Enid is not gonna change anything about her (whose name means "Sprit") with that post you put about her makes no sense at all and basically you have never had been since joining this forum acting like a troll since your first thread about Michonne. I love Enid's character and I wouldn't want it any other way with that being said I let the haters hate but something's should be keep to yourself or explain why you don't like her but we already went there before with you so there is no point in a debate with you

I don't really like her either.

well if you want to know why I dislike her... I find her to be weak.
she was canoodling with ron, allowing herself to be groped and claimed by another weak character that I am glad is gone.

She demonstrates on a few occasions that she has lost her damn mind, hanging out and not killing zombies.
she is just wishy washy so far and I don't really care for her JSS thing.

True..she ate a turtle... but didn't gag or act like it was a struggle that she was overcoming... instead she gave up and ate it with the same lack of personality that she let the kid fondle and grope and claim her in the show.

I find her annoying so far._ quitting and ditching out after the attack- pshh... not worth saving.


You like her- fine.- I don't. She is just too.... too EMO- without the makeup. It is out of place in zombie apocalypse.

I think Enid is a savior spy. She set Maggie up with tainted pickles forcing the group to take her to Hilltop. Then the whiny little b!tch let the saviors know when and where they were going. Last season people thought she was a spy for the Wolves. Nope, I think the saviors. Or both, perhaps?

 

My theory is that Enid is going to be the Lydia of the TV series. I think she ran away from the Whisperers some time ago and the two groups will cross and all will be revieled!

 

I'm liking this theory more and more. I don't think Enid did anything for the Wolves and to me they were just a short story distraction. BUT, her sneaking out over the walls, no one knowing exactly where she came from (except for the one episode with a bit of back story) leads me to believe she COULD be a Saviour spy. I think she may fall for Carl and become a double agent. Alexandria may be the largest survivor placement the Saviours have wanted and therefore needed a spy on the inside. I think the tainted pickle idea could work. She makes Maggie sick so they have to take to the Hilltop, then Enid tells the Saviours when Rick's group is leaving and the Saviours plug every route, leading where they want. I'll be very interested to see if any of this comes to pass.

 

I don't read the comics. Who are the Whisperers?

 

The Whisperers are another group that is really creepy, and pretty much rogue or independent from other groups. They're masters of disguise and infiltration ...very ninja.
Wayy too early for them, although Tara and Heath may run into a pocket in S7A .

 

In my opinion, there is a reason that the writer's have portrayed Enid as mysterious and sneaky. There is a reason they featured her arrival at Alexandria full of holes. There is a reason they showed her grabbing and munching on a live turtle- but left out so much else about her backstory. Not sure what that reason is, except to say that she must play an important role in the story going forward. She's important to the story ahead- that's obvious.

An irrelevant character isn't going to be shown ravaging a live turtle without explanation unless her story plays into the future somehow. The Walking Dead writer's don't engage in filler material- unless it's zombie gore that is necessary to keep us watching. When it comes to characters- everything they do has a reason behind it.

I fully believe that Enid is a reluctant spy. I believe she poisoned the pickles and put the whole meeting with the Saviors in motion. They have filler characters of course- but they don't feature their backstory like they did with Enid.

 

And I truly believe that Enid is a sub for comic Sofia. No spy business. They set her up with a backstory because they're trying to build her character up. I think they want that "Sofia/Carl" friendship.

 

I hope so, would be nice.
