Alpha SEEMS very pragmatic. Not buying it for a minute. I'll bet she loves "conflict".

I don't know. Negan is/was??? a right bastard, but I don't think he's a complete psychopath.
He has SOME standards. I couldn't see him treating any child the way Alpha treats her own daughter.
That woman went hardcore nutjob pretty early into the ZA. Makes me wonder what she was like before. Killing her husband right there in front of their child? Then spending the ensuing years convincing her daughter of a completely different narrative? That's twisted.
I can't see someone like that being brought back into humanity.
Negan? There may be hope for him. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part. I like the guy. I don't know why.

 

Alpha looks frightening even without her mask, but I find it amusing that Daryl's on the wall with Tara, Magna, Yumiko, and Kelly.

Beth wasn't kidding when she told Daryl he'd be "the last man standing".

 

Does that seem weird that Alpha's not offering a trade? She said they didn't kill Luke and Alden so why not lead with that? It would seem to me that's why she kept them alive.

In real life I love people like her.
It's people like that I make deals with, because they stick to their word.

I'm sure a lot of folks would say you can't trust her but I disagree.
I would've struck a deal of no conflict with Alpha so fast.
