Eugene & Alden?

    No this is not a shipping thread in the conventional sense :p

    I was thinking about where Eugene may end up after this. I guess I always assumed he'd head back to Alexandria, but I'm also seeing opinions elsewhere that he'll stay at the Sanctuary and help lead it without Negan.

    Personally, I would like to see him and Alden work as a team, traveling from community to community applying some of the things in the binder. Alden did say he wants to make that his mission, but does he have the smarty-pants knowledge that Eugene does? I think they could be an interesting little pair working together.

    I'd rather see that than have Alden become Dante. They could make an interesting pair. Or maybe a trio of Eugene, Alden, and Tara. Taldene. Then there would be kind of the strong connection of Eugara in there, as they have been through a lot together.
