    Unequal Treatment?

    The Gov decapitated Hershel. Michonne impaled the Gov & left him for dead.



    Negan killed Abe & Glenn in the Lineup. Rick cut Negan's throat but let him live.

    Why the difference?

    Would Michonne alone have killed Negan?
