That hand was not a child's in my opinion. Do we have a list of people at the prison we can cross off?

When I first saw that flashlight I automatically thought of Carl. I only thought of this only because in the beginning of the episode Rick stated something to the fact thst Carl was reading comics by flashlight and he has been staying up late up at night. So hopefully whoever is up at night gets to put down that 12 zombie kill spree that Patrick is responsible for.

I'll rewatch it to better look at the hand, but my first thought was the girl too.

 

I think it's a man, the hand did not look feminine. This is just as perplexing as the gasoline scene from last season....

Not to be racist but, is it a white or black skinned hand? It Gives us lesser options.

 

The girl that was naming walkers. I think Carol will find out it was her and won't tell anyone.

 

Wouldn't it have to be someone tall enough to hold the rat right up to the walker's face? The girl was pretty short.

 

I think it might be a random survival who the Governor have sent to prison.

Any reason why a random survivol would help Governor, could be maybe Governor threatens to kill that persons family, unless he helps him to destroy prison.
