What about Ryan Samuels? He's the father of the two little girls, he was only in the first episode for a second. He got up and walked out of the library when Carol was teaching. There is also David, one of the fencers killing walkers. Both of these guys are credited as Co-Stars (i.e. Patricia, Morales, etc.) does that mean one of them is the traitor?

Feeding the walkers is something that obviously has been going on more than once, there is a scene in the big trailer where we see Sasha saying, "Someone has been feeding them". In the sneak peek on Talking Dead, it doesn't look like a child's hand, it has to be an adult, and from the way the flashlight shines, you can see that it is a white hand, not black, so it's not Bob. After the episode "Clear", Rick, Michonne and Carl know that Morgan used rats to keep the walker's attention, we don't know who else they may have shared this information with, but I highly doubt that any of the other kids at the prison know this. I can't say what I think the motivation is behind doing this, and Scott Gimple said it is the first scene shown in the beginning of this next episode. I have a feeling it's the same person who busted the latch on one of the doors when the trailer shows Rick holding the broken piece in his hand and looking at the side of the door. That seems like the only way someone from the inside could come and go without being heard or getting locked out.

 

Maybe the scene with the hand feeding the walkers is Patrick in a flashback of him feeding the walkers, which is also how he got the "flu".

Watching the marathon before the new episode. I believe it was Carl. In the same episode we see someone feeding the walkers in the beginning, later on when farming, Carl asks Rick when he can have his gun back. I think he was trying to increase the amount of danger within the prison to push Rick to not only give him his gun back, but also arm himself again, like we see when the fence does come down and they have their father-son shootout. It also coincides with him being one of the few people who saw Morgan using rats as bait.

 

It's NOT Carl.

 

I think it's a man who did it. Like one of those extras, you see in the back ground. (The first of episode of Season 4.) You can see people who are eating they're lunch or supper that day. There was lot of people eating they're meals.

Lol, can't believe people thought the person feeding the walkers rats was Carl. That would have been a huge betrayal of his character. I know it's easy to say now, but even then it baffled me. It's neat looking back at some of these prediction type threads when the season is over.
