I don't understand why they even considered amputation.
Couldnt they just aswell have sliced his calf open paralel to the fence spike and taken it out sideways.

 

This was the funniest part of the whole show so far. They were going to cut his leg off in the field with a hatchet and knife.
Their reason is simply because the idea solves the problem.


Of course Rick should not have even considered saving him. Very bad idea. He is basically a prisoner of war.

 

Well... basically when walking out your front door is a risk to your life... if your going to risk it for something.. it might as well be that...
