Nope. Beth isn't at terminus until the very end. The hearse shows up, and she gets out with a baseball bat covered in barbed wire which she calls Lucille. That's right. Beth is bi, and the TV version of Negan.

Rick can eye **** the camera all he wants, as long as Daryl doesn't cry. I know that nobody's supposed to look great when they're crying, but Daryl's crying face is about the most hideous thing I've ever seen.

 

Terminus is Rick's version of Heaven. Good people, shelter, food.

He is seeing this because he's laying on the prison battlefield having been beaten to a pulp. While he desperately clings to his life he is being guided towards Terminus. He feverishly tries to get all his group together in his mind while he is dying. Scraps of the battle are floating in his mind and impressing themselves on his subconcious.

And as he clings to life the Governor is standing over him saying "Let's have that talk Rick."

 

At least she'll be dead before she has time to cheat on her future husband with his best friend. That's a pain no woman should have to endure!

Plus Beth is too great of a mom to Judith to get eaten yet.
